🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Gateway IT Solutions.

1. Returns

  • You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it’s defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • The product must be unused and returned in original packaging with all accessories.
  • To start a return, email support@thetechbro.co.za with your order number and reason for return.

2. Refunds

  • Once your return is inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was faulty or wrongly supplied.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Software licenses, downloads, and activation codes.
  • Items damaged by misuse, unauthorized repairs, or incorrect installation.

4. Exchanges

You can exchange items for a different model or product (if available). You’ll only pay for any price difference and applicable shipping costs.

5. Handling Fee

An amount of 15% off purchased product(s) price shall be deducted in case of return.
